The School Day
For parents who require childcare before the start of the school day, we offer a breakfast club from 7.45am-8.45am. For more information, please click here.
Our school crossing patrol is available in the morning and afternoon to help you cross the road safely with your children.
A typical school week is 32.5 hrs long.
Registration: 8.45-8.55am
Gates open at 8.40am. Parents of children in younger classes may wait with the children on the playground, but we encourage children to come through the gates independently as soon as they feel able. Children enter classes for registration at 8.45am and are provided with an early morning task to complete.
Session 1: 8.55am - 10.30am
Children arriving after the gates close should report to the school office A reason for the late arrival will be requested and recorded in the late book.
Morning break: 10.30am-10.45am
Session 2: 10.45am-12.00pm
Lunch: 12.00pm-1.00pm
Afternoon Session: 1.00pm-3.15pm
KS1 teachers may take their classes outdoors for a short break during the afternoon session.
Pick-up: 3.15pm.
Gates open at 3.05pm. Please wait for your child on the playground.
We offer after school care from 3.15pm - 6pm, provided by XPKids.
